The Mosaic Committee at Congregation Or Ami is a working group dedicated to creating an inclusive community that celebrates, sees, and values the differences of each person and family in partnership. In an effort to advance the goal of inclusion, Mosaic provides opportunities for people to better recognize the external influences that shape the way we look at individuals different from ourselves and how we can recognize the behaviors that cause others to feel excluded, marginalized, or unwelcome. To meet this challenge, Mosaic produces programming and advocacy opportunities based in Jewish values to address the underlying causes and effects of our words and actions.
