Courtney Jacobson

Courtney Jacobson is a dual-degree student pursuing a Master's in Jewish Communal Service from Hebrew Union College and Social Work from the USC. She is new to Los Angeles from the Denver/Boulder area. Courtney was born in Denver and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder for my undergrad and completed degrees in Religious Studies and Art History. After graduation from CU, she took a year off to work and traveled Europe and South America for three months before moving to California. Courtney has a background working with children of various ages from attending numerous summers at the JCC Ranch Camp in Elbert, Colorado. At camp, she found her Jewish identity as well as a real passion for the outdoors and photography. With her previous experience in leading wilderness tips combined with her social work degree, Courtney wants to explore wilderness therapy after graduation.
