Welcome to Mishpacha!
This year we will be learning about and exploring Shabbat and Holydays as a family.
At our first Mishpacha session we experienced an overview of many of the holydays we will be studying this year. You will find several materials for make-up work.
First, you will see 4 Sefer HaMishpacha pages. The Sefer HaMishpacha literally means, “The Family Book” and we will use this binder as a guide for our learning throughout the year. Each session there will be new pages and new activities to explore as a family. This past week we had a quick look at: Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur, Shabbat, Purim, Chanukah and Passover. You will find Sefer HaMishpacha pages for every holyday except Purim.
Second, you will find a Madlib about Purim. There are directions on the Madlib!
Third, you will find a Passover story ; this story should be read before filling out the Passover Sefer HaMishpacha page.
Remember, you only need to do make up work if you have missed 3 or more sessions. Feel free to print off all the materials and turn them in, or fill them out on your computer and email them to mishpacha@orami.org
We look forward to sharing this year of learning with you! Please feel free to email us with any questions!
